Every puppy we sell undergoes thorough health checks by a licensed veterinarian before joining their new home. This includes screenings for common genetic conditions and a complete assessment to ensure they are strong, healthy, and ready to thrive.

Our health guarantee covers any genetic health issues within a specified period after purchase (outlined in your guarantee agreement). Should any unforeseen health concerns arise, we will work with you to provide the necessary support and solutions.

All puppies sold comes with a health guarantee.

1. Within ten days of acquiring your new puppy, it is imperative that you take the animal to a licensed veterinarian for a thorough examination. Should the veterinarian conclude, within this ten-day period, that your dog is suffering from a clinical illness or has passed away due to an injury or illness likely contracted prior to or on the date of purchase and delivery, you will have the following options:

– Return the dog for a full refund.

– Return the dog in exchange for a replacement of equal value.

– Keep the dog and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary expenses, not to exceed the adoption price.

These options are not applicable if the owner has provided a health certificate from a veterinarian and has disclosed in writing any health issues at the time of sale that the adopter later claims as a reason for returning the dog. Furthermore, if a licensed veterinarian determines within thirty days of purchase that your dog has a congenital or hereditary defect that negatively impacts its health, or if the dog has died due to such a defect, you will have the same options as previously outlined. It is essential to inform the owner of the examining veterinarian’s name, address, and phone number within two days of the veterinarian’s confirmation of your dog’s illness. Failure to provide this notification within two business days will result in the forfeiture of your rights.

By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following:

1. The puppy is to be taken to the veterinarian without delay. It is essential to ensure that he or she is in good health and does not require veterinary care. We kindly request that this initial examination occurs within 48 hours of the puppy’s arrival. This measure is intended to identify any issues that may have arisen during shipping and to ensure that your veterinarian is acquainted with your puppy in case any concerns develop.

2. We cannot be held liable for any exposure of the puppy to diseases once it has left our care. It is crucial to exercise caution regarding the environments and individuals that interact with your puppy. The puppy should be kept away from areas previously affected by diseases and locations where there is a high risk of exposure. Treat your puppy with the same care and attention as you would a newborn infant.

3. To validate the guarantee, your puppy must be examined by a veterinarian of your choice, at your own expense, within 48 hours of arrival. This examination should confirm that your puppy was healthy upon arrival. Should any signs of illness be present, it is imperative to seek veterinary attention immediately.

4. If the puppy has been shipped, it has undergone a veterinary examination and has received a health certificate. He or she has received at least the first set of vaccinations and typically a series of shots prior to delivery. The puppy has also been de-wormed; however, this does not guarantee that he or she is entirely free of worms, as young animals are particularly vulnerable and can be exposed to worms whenever they come into contact with the ground. Ongoing de-worming will be necessary once the puppy is in your care, along with follow-up vaccinations. It is vital to adhere to the vaccination and de-worming schedule.

5. In the event that the puppy is diagnosed by a veterinarian with a congenital or hereditary defect that poses a life-threatening condition, please provide the breeder with a veterinarian-signed statement regarding the defect. The puppy will be replaced with the first available puppy of equivalent value as soon as possible. The original puppy must be returned before a new one can be provided.

6. The breeder shall not be held accountable for any veterinary services.

7. This guarantee is null and void if the puppy is sold to a third party, and if normal precautions aren’t taken.

8. Especially with smaller breeds of puppies, there is always a chance that stress will cause the puppy’s sugar to drop to dangerous levels. It is the responsibility of the new owner to be very observant regarding the puppy’s sugar level, to be aware of action that needs to be taken if this condition does occur. The new owner should be cautious to make sure that this condition doesn’t affect the puppy, and the breeder cannot be responsible for issues that are a result of neglect of this condition.

9. The new owner is aware of past medical history of this puppy and accepts it. The new owner is responsible for obtaining veterinary advice when needed, and for paying for those services. From the time the puppy leaves the possession of the breeder, the purchaser assumes all responsibility of vet bills, and for the care of said puppy. If for any reason the puppy dies, the breeder has the right to demand and order an autopsy on the dog at the purchaser’s expense. If the death is the breeder’s fault which is found as a result of original lab results from a licensed veterinarian, the puppy will be replaced by the breeder.

10. If a puppy is to be replaced, the breeder will provide a healthy puppy of the same quality as the previous puppy as soon as one is available. The new owner will be responsible for all shipping charges for the first puppy to be returned to the breeder and for the charges for the second puppy to be shipped to them as well. If the purchaser chooses not to accept a replacement puppy, the health guarantee is null and void.

11. We work closely with our vets to ensure the health of our puppies. They have been administered all of the shots and de-wormings that are indicated on our shot records. Our shots are administered by the breeder under the vet recommended immunization program. We will only indicate the shots that your puppy has had. Please be aware that they have had these shots, and continue to administer shots as recommended by your veterinarian. Giving too many immunizations, and ignoring the immunizations that have been given can also be harmful to your puppy’s health.

12. Our puppies will have a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian before they leave, and will be vet checked. Although we do everything we can to ensure the health of our puppies, our health guarantee does not apply to “kennel cough”, coccidia, diarrhea, collapsed trachea, giardia, open fontanel, or parasites.
